These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hkbd platform and all its services. By visiting the hkbd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hkbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a safe gaming environment. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for withdrawals. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

To use the hkbd platform, users must be at least 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform and participating in any gaming activities.

3.1 Age Verification

hkbd may request documents for age verification at any time in suspicious cases. If it is proven that a minor has used this platform, that account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Terms for Using Bonuses

• A bonus may only be claimed once and the same bonus does not apply to multiple accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the requirements are met.
• hkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

hkbd's VIP program has five tiers and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform.

Every game on hkbd is conducted fairly and transparently. Internationally recognised Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

6.1 Rules of Play

• Intentionally disconnecting or leaving a game while it is in progress is prohibited.
• The outcome of a game may be declared void due to a technical error.
• Once the result of a bet is final, it cannot be changed.
• The individual rules of game providers also apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and football (FIFA). If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to hkbd's own guidelines.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played in real time with professional dealers. In these games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on the hkbd platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking, cheating, or any technical manipulation of gaming software.
• Using bots, automated software, or any similar technology.
• Harassing, insulting, or attempting to harm other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

hkbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations, without prior notice.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or unusual gaming patterns.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.
• Court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closing Your Own Account

A user may close their own account at any time if they wish. To do so, they must contact our support team via live chat or email. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

hkbd makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and secure. However, hkbd will not accept responsibility for any financial or other loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Software errors by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to unforeseen or Force Majeure events.
• Any indirect or incidental loss arising from gaming.
